Trade structure, productive specialization and technological cooperation: toward an Argentina–Germany industrial cooperation strategy

CEIBO analyses the Argentine–German trade relationship to identify patterns of productive specialization, Germany’s position within Argentina’s supplier structure, and critical segments of technological dependency. Based on empirical evidence, the project focuses on detecting concrete margins for productive cooperation in sectors where the existing relationship presents technological density, institutional opportunities and potential for industrial linkages.

This article examines the insertion of Brazilian capital into Argentina’s productive structure during the post-convertibility period. Based on the analysis of the main Brazilian investments in the country, it addresses the characteristics and impact of these capital flows on Argentina’s industrial sector.
